Sometimes, I see photos that just blow my sox off.
Some of the following pictures came from the internet,
others, probably from someones blog.
PLEEEEEZE don't sue me for my $1.00
if you see YOUR photo here somewhere.
Just consider it a HUMONGOUS compliment. :))
I couldn 't decide if it was the beautiful JAR that I love so much
about this photo..
OR
those amazingingly cute black and white checked curtains!
Did I love the BLUE AND WHITE checks in this adorable photo....
OR the ROW OF WHITE IRONSTONE PITCHERS...
or all the beautiful BLUE DISHES...
or that amazing island...
or the pots hanging from the ceiling rack..
or that EXTRA LARGE kitchen Christmas tree...?
Did you guess ALL OF THE ABOVE ?
*sigh
From the darling floor
to the awesome island..metal ?? Amazing !
to the plate rack on the wall
to the awesome pendant lights
to the full-of-personality arrangement on the olden looking walls
to the american flag.....
SOOO COOL.!
What can I say about these
MAGNIFICENT COWBOY BOOTS ?
I KNOW where THIS photo came from...
I took it !!
A friend bought these AWESOME
BLACK AND WHITE CHECKED boots in Las Vegas..
I said, "Sit that one up on the table, in front of that pretty flower
so I can show my BLOGGER friends that I'm not the only one
CRAZY FOR BLACK AND WHITE !"
;0)
I WANNA
MILK
sign !!
OOO....and a farm house sink...
...and how cool is THIS sink.
O, yes...and I can remember when the STOPPER was at the
other end of a chain like this.
(the bar soap made me smile...we haven't had bar soap in our house in a long...long...time.)
Candlesticks of glass are so elegant and especially when they are all holding a PINK candle..
WELL....
may I just say...
oh..honey !
I am thinking that if you could pick up this entire kitchen
and look on the bottom,
it would surely say,
"MADE FOR bj"
I've had this photo like...forever.
I aim to have a sign like that...
still, after 2 yrs, trying to think of the
perfect name to go on it.
I am thinking
EMMA & JACKSON
coffee tea and fine books
closed on SUNDAY
I love love love this hutch..from the little cross bar that holds the doors shut
to the tin and enamalware it holds on it's top shelf...
I just know, tho, that I can't live with this finish.
I LOVE it ....on someone elses piece.
I tried shabbying one up once...
sanded, distressed, all I could think to do to it.
It lasted about a week and I REPAINTED it.
SHABBY LOVERS EVERYWHERE...
I DO love it in your cottage but the MAIN thing is that YOU love it.
*
So many different styles are offered up to us. We all pick and choose a style
that we love and ....go for it.
I think that's GRAND.
I love seeing all the different styles and IN things.
This is only ONE of the reasons I love blogging so much.

I am just sitting back, all ready for.....
CHRISTMAS EVE....

Oh BJ Sweetie...
What a beautiful share this evening.
I loved the kitchen made of red. Now I know you said when you picked it up it would say, "Oh no, Sherry @ Country Wings in Phoenix." This can't be. Yep I love it too. Oh sweetie, isn't that one so amazing. I love red, anything red, and boy does that one scream at me.
I love those boots. Those are so cute. Somebody is a lucky gal. I know they look precious on too.
Oh and before I forget, I loved that big jar with the cup inside. Now that is me. Yep I love country.
Thank you for the beautiful share sweet friend. And if you see Santa out your way, could you ask him to send me one of those big country tables, like the one holding that Christmas tree in the one photo. I love it.
Many hugs sweetie and SO much love, Sherry
I am ready mostly..baking to do this week. I love the kitchen with the milk sign and those boots! ;D
I love all your pictures you picked probable for the same reasons...I do like to see everyone else's shabby chic like you....but I prefer my painted finished slick and shining without any distressing. Trish

Oh m goodness - I love the photos you shared - especially the blue and white check tiles - love - love them.
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year.
Blessings,

"Don't sue me for a dollar" Ha! That was the best chuckle I've had all morning. Yes, I see that you've got a thing for black and white check and you've got it bad. I think that makes it real good! Oh yes, a farmhouse sink or a fake farmhouse sink even...
I hope nobody got offended because I love the house tour you took us on. Such lovely places who would not want it redone here. I have a mad passion for the Blue Willow. Have a fabulous day.
BJ, I agree with you on the red with checks. I love that one the best, but I doubt I've yet to find my perfect kitchen, sugar. I love this post of yours though.
xoxo,
Connie
BJ, Thanks for sharing the fun collection of photos. That was better than buying a $5 magazine (and didn't have to put up with the ads)HaHa! Hard to choose any favorite pic, loved them all...love all things country and farm-fresh! Enjoy your weekend...all ready for Christmas...Good For You!!! Wish I could say the same.
Oh wow, all of your pictures are just fabulous. I am with you, I love the shabby look, however find it hard for me to live with. I hope you and all your family have a very Blessed Christmas. Hugs, Marty
Great photos--thanks for sharing.
Jeanette
bj, they are all right up my alley...I love them all..but I think the first one with the blue and white cup..no, wait..I think that stove in that last one...yeah..wait..no..I think...
I loved every one of them! Finding "blogging" and seeing what women, including you my dear, have done to make their homes so extra special..glorious, homey, stunning..and all the other words that discribe HOME, was a great day for me.
(Wow! That was one looong sentence!)
Bj, thank you for...just everything. Your kind words..and most of all your precious friendship. You are dear to me.
Merry Christmas!
Mona
We are birds of a feather! You know my kitchen is black and white!
