I have a LOT of dishes but my collection of 10 place settings ofLIBERTY BLUE
is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE....

I have very few SERVING pieces so I use crystal bowls and platters when I use this set.....
I'm forever searching for another piece but I do think
a service for 10 is enough for anyone !!

I KNOW....you've seen this piece a thousand times but it is, by far, my FAVORITE SERVING PIECE.....

I also like my BARNYARD BREAKFAST dishes...let's see....there's a cow, a pig, a chicken and......
oh, yes....a rabbit ! :O)

This set is from ENGLAND and probably is my"best" set.....
I especially love it with silver pieces.....
uh oh...there's those famous BIRD salt and pepper shakers
that our sweet SUSAN of BETWEEN NAPS ON THE PORCH
says she might do a Mr. Linky post on someday...
so many of us in Blogland have them...and I just came from
Target last night and they STILL HAVE THEM !!

and, I can't forget my favorite little sugar bowl...wow...$3.00 at a thrift shop...and all the way from ENGLAND..!!

I adore using my cut glass creamer and sugar bowlhanded down to me by my momma...

with a green mat, this will be a good setting to
work on for ST. PATRICKS DAY....

ReplyDeleteYou are very deserving of this award and someday I may have it as well, trying to collect dishes for this & the lake house (you never know who may drop in!) I just love finding those old English pieces at the thrift stores. And it is perfectly acceptable, if not more interesting to mix them with other pieces!
Your crystal is gorgeous, they would take center stage for me.

Oh, I love all of your dishes too! I too am a dishaholic, but the thing is....I BREAK em. Yep, I confess...I see a stack of wonderful vintage dishes all chipped and crazed and I just have to break them for my mosaics..
