I love his whiteness and his sparkle....

OOOOO, and remember THIS beauty that belongs to TINA at CHERRY HILL that I so coveted that I could hardly stand it.....?
Well, I am working day and night, well not REALLY day and night, but real, REAL hard to make my little bedroom look just half as pretty as TINA'S. I will repaint the green to a soft, golden yellow after the first of the year. In the meantime, I am totally enjoying the look so far. The new red and white quilt...I love it so much, I almost KISS it every morning and night.
ooo, i know i need different pillows and a snazzy new wreath on the window...need to tweak quite a bit more and I am trying to decide what to put at the foot of my bed...but...
I am using all the bedding I already had...just adding the new quilt.
I'll keep looking for just the right pillows or great fabric to COVER some pillows and in the meantime...
I AM HAPPY.....

I must name 6 things that I VALUE;
Other than the obvious of family, friends, etc...here is the superficial things...
I love my Franklin fireplace that belonged to my mother at one time. 2. I love my white SUV with that cool MOON ROOF, altho a good friend of mine says it sure would be hard to MOON someone from the top of the car!! heh heh.... 3. I love our living room since we doubled the size of it. 4. I love my dining room with the vintage fireplace where there's room now for ALL my family to be comfy...that makes me happy. 5. I love my bedroom now that I am working on making it my DREAM ROOM.(i just this minute added fairy lights to my headboard and i am just jumping for joy it is so pretty.... 6. I love and value my beautiful set of wedding rings..
6 THINGS I DONT SUPPORT:
1. I don't support leaving small children in cars alone. 2. Nor not securing them in seat-belts or booster seats. (just the other day I was following a car and could see a little one moving all over the car...when we stopped side by side, I motioned for them to put her in a seat belt and...they gave me the ole BIRD..none of my business?....i think it is!! ) 3. I don't support child abuse. 4. I don't support wife beatings. 5. I don't support O.J.Simpson. 6. I don't support lying of any kind. 7. I don't support stealing and dishonesty. 8. I don't support mistreatment of any one by any body. 9. I don't......OH, SHOOT...I just needed 6.
I DOUBLE DOG DARE ANY ONE TO DO THIS ONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS !! ..You can drink a nice cup of hot chocolate or spiced tea, eat a couple of Christmas cookies while you are doing this CHRISTMAS TAG.

Your bedroom is looking great with "our" quilt! I think we should all do a post the same day with our bedrooms and that red and white checked quilt. I know there are many of us out in blog land with it! JCPenney should be paying us for marketing it for them!

Yea, a new wonderful TV. Your kids rock!!! What happened to your cabinet? I have the same dilemma remember? Our big old cabinets were almost identical. We will have a new TV but the question is when and what will we put it on. I like the cabinet you used. It looks fine. I honestly do not have anything I can use.
BJ, your meme is fun to read. I sure do object to all the things you listed. Sadly we have no control over what other people do. But that is the rights our country fought for. I think the abused are not protected enough.

Just thought you would like to know that I was sat just 10 ft from Mr Cage today.. We popped in to our favourite cafe for some fortifying caffeine and who should be sat in the window of Cafe Rouge was Mr Cage himself... I could hardly hold my mug without hands trembling and spilling coffee all down my front.. not so cool!
